22 companies participated during the Summer of 2021 with a balanced representation of small, mid-tier and large organizations (as identified by 2020 revenue by Pharmaceutical Executive).

The study explored the impact of cross-domain sharing of knowledge, organizational strategies, technology usage, and process work progressing towards quality beyond compliance.
