Kathleen Kinka | Aurora Management Consultancy Group
Kathleen Kinka of Aurora Management Consultancy Group specializes in growth of private and public companies by developing and implementing strategic market positioning, branding, competitive advantage, customer experience, and change management strategies.
Prior to founding Aurora Management Consultancy Group in 1998, Ms. Kinka held senior management positions at Sarnoff Corporation, Integrated Systems Consulting Group, and Digital Equipment Corp. where she was Director, International Trade Policy responsible for Trade and Investment in Latin America, Canada, and Asia. Ms. Kinka joined the Gens and Associates Advisory Board in July, 2019 to guide long-term strategy, market positioning and client experience.
Rick Riegel | LMC Advisory
Rick has thirty-plus years of executive leadership experience with technology and professional services firms focused on meeting the needs of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. He tenure as CEO for both Phlexglobal and LIQUENT saw transforming these solutions companies to higher growth based on meeting customer current and projected needs while also increasing shareholder value.
In January 2019, Rick retired as CEO of Phlexglobal and established LMC Advisory to provide advisory and board level consulting to software and services companies serving the Life Sciences industry. He joined the Gens and Associates Advisor Board in July 2019 to guide our long term strategy and practice and organization growth.
Jesper Kihl
Jesper has 40 years of Life Science experience, mostly in executive and leadership positions. He spent 14 years leading Global Regulatory Affairs in LEO Pharma, which included major transformations in global footprint, sourcing and services, data and digital, and cross-cultural collaboration. Prior to his LEO tenure, he was 22 years with Novo Nordisk within manufacturing, quality, development, marketing, logistics, customer service, shipping, pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs.
In early 2019, Jesper pursued his core interest in the field of translating science to business and business to science, in particular by advising, guiding and mentoring start-ups within life science and medtech. He is and has been member of several Advisory Boards, including for Copenhagen Regulatory Science Centre, and works with Funds, Universities and other institutions to bring new science and innovations to benefit patients and society.
He joined the Gens and Associates Advisor Board in March of 2020 to guide our long term strategy and regulatory consulting practice along with supporting the executive findings in our market-leading benchmark service.
Jon Fowler
Jon Fowler of Fairfax Lane Advisors has spent his career in healthcare finance roles with a focus on the dialysis industry and value-based care financing. Jon has deep experience in financial modeling, valuation, business case development, and go-to-market strategy. His diverse work experience has spanned roles with J.P. Morgan, DaVita, Signify Health, and CVS Health.
Jon graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA curriculum. He lives with his fiancé in Denver, CO and enjoys golf, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing.
